Scope of Services

LR Solutions offers a wide range of PR marketing and graphic design services, including but not limited to comprehensive brand strategy development, targeted public relations campaigns, social media marketing and account management, custom graphic design for both print and digital media, crisis communication and reputation management, and engaging content creation and copywriting. Each service is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, providing creative and strategic solutions that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

We work closely with our clients to define the scope of each project, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of the objectives, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope during the project must be communicated and confirmed in writing, and may result in adjustments to the project’s timeline or cost.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure that we can deliver services effectively and within the agreed timelines, our clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their brand, project objectives, and target audience. This includes timely access to any necessary assets such as logos, brand guidelines, product images, and other materials needed for the execution of the project.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on project deliverables in a timely manner. Delays in feedback or failure to communicate may impact the project timeline. LR Solutions will not be held responsible for missed deadlines or unsatisfactory results stemming from a client’s failure to provide the necessary information or feedback on time.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon full payment of all fees due, LR Solutions grants the client ownership of the final deliverables produced under the scope of the project. This includes custom graphics, designs, content, and other materials created specifically for the client’s brand. However, LR Solutions retains the right to showcase any work created as part of a portfolio, case study, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

It is important to note that any concepts, ideas, or drafts that were not selected or approved for final use remain the intellectual property of LR Solutions. These materials cannot be used by the client unless additional fees are paid, or an agreement is made for their release.

Payment Terms

Clients will be invoiced according to the payment schedule outlined in their contract or agreement. For most projects, an initial retainer or deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion, or at designated milestones as agreed upon by both parties.

Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or termination of services. LR Solutions reserves the right to withhold final deliverables or cease work on any ongoing projects if payments are not made according to the terms of the agreement.

Revisions and Approvals

At LR Solutions, we prioritize client satisfaction and offer multiple rounds of revisions to ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s vision and expectations. However, the number of revisions included in a project will be defined in the contract. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all drafts, designs, and content thoroughly before providing approval. Once a project is approved, any further changes may result in additional charges or extended timelines. LR Solutions will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies that were approved by the client.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared throughout the duration of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, marketing plans, creative concepts, pricing, and personal data.

LR Solutions takes the privacy of our clients seriously and will never share or disclose any confidential information without prior consent, except in cases where it is legally required. Likewise, we expect our clients to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary methods, tools, or processes used in the development of their project.

Cancellation and Termination

If a client wishes to cancel a project before its completion, LR Solutions will retain any payments made up to that point, reflecting the amount of work that has already been completed. Depending on the stage of the project, additional charges may apply for work that is close to completion but has not yet been delivered.

LR Solutions reserves the right to terminate a project at any time if the client fails to meet their obligations, including providing the necessary materials, approvals, or payments. In such cases, LR Solutions will issue a formal notice of termination, and the client will be billed for any outstanding work performed up to that date.

Limitation of Liability

While LR Solutions is committed to providing exceptional services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes any loss of profits, business opportunities, or damage to reputation resulting from the execution or delivery of a project.

In any case, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. LR Solutions will work diligently to resolve any issues or disputes in good faith, and we encourage open communication to address concerns before they escalate.

Use of Third-Party Services

In some cases, LR Solutions may engage third-party services or tools as part of a client’s project, such as media outlets for PR campaigns or digital platforms for social media advertising. We will always seek approval from the client before engaging these services and ensure that any costs are communicated upfront.

It’s important to note that LR Solutions is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or outcomes of any third-party services. Any issues that arise from these services will be subject to their respective terms and conditions, and the client may be required to resolve disputes directly with the third-party provider.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LR Solutions operates. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
